Continuing with the series of encaustic artworks, this is the second work featuring 80s icon Adam Ant. 'Kings of the Wild Frontier' (KOTWF) is the album that launched Adam and the Ants on to a global stage and unleashed the phenomenon dubbed 'Antmania'.

The romantic, flamboyant imagery of hussars, pirates and highwaymen captured the imagination and was a welcome antidote to the drab cultural wasteland of the late 70s, dominated by civil unrest and violence.
